Child / Extra Guest Policy

• Child between 6 to 12 years: INR 6,500 per child on room meal plan
• Above 12 years: INR 10,000 per person on room meal plan

Terms & Conditions:

• The minimum length of stay for the Araiya Summer Retreat will be 2 nights
• Guests can extend the package for the following rates on a per night basis:
  • INR 10,000 for Deluxe Room
  • INR 14,000 for Deluxe Suite
  • INR 24,000 for Executive Suite
  • INR 31,000 for Duplex Suite
    The above mentioned tariffs are exclusive of 18% GST.
  • Extra adult policy for extended night
    • Above 12 years INR 3500 per person per night
    • Child below 12 Years INR 2500 per child per night
      The abovementioned tariffs are inclusive of breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner.
• At Araiya Palampur, the check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
• Rights of admission reserved. No entry in hotel with arms and ammunition.
• In case of any dispute, the hotel management’s decision will be considered final.
• The above mentioned package is valid from May 01, 2021 to July 15, 2021.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation of the package.
• Activities are subject to weather and local conditions.
• No refund or exchange of services for any unused part of the package. Guests can choose between the
  Mountain Top Jeep Safari or the Tea Estate Tour.
• The hotel reserves the right to discontinue this package without prior notice.

Cancelation / amendment Policy:

• 01 amendment (date change) is allowed within validity of the package. i.e., May 01, 2021 to July 15, 2021 for the requests received more than 72 Hrs. prior to check-in
• No cancellation fee will be charged for any request received more than 72 Hrs. prior to check-in
• The hotel reserves the right to charge a 100% retention for the cancellation or any amendment received within 72 Hrs prior to check in.

Exclusions:

• The abovementioned tariffs are exclusive of 18% GST.
• Meals, activities and services other than those specified above
