Kinwani House is the art deco private home of one of the Prince's of the erstwhile state of Tehri-Garhwal, one of the charmed mountain kingdoms. Set high above the holy river Ganges and the towns of Rishikesh and Haridwar, it is a gem that retains its old-world charm, yet having undergone a complete restoration; it boasts all the amenities one expects from a luxury property, including a heated pool and spa. Kinwani House over two floors, comprises six large bedrooms with king-size beds, each with their own ensuite baths, drawing / dressing rooms and five of the six suites have private balconies or decks. The first floor features an enchanting conservatory with a bar and sitting area for an indoor evening under the stars or a special evening of cocktails by candlelight. The house has drawing rooms on both floors and a generous 12 seater dining table in the dining room.
