Resort Policy

RESORT POLICY

  • Smoking inside the rooms is strictly not allowed. Hukkah is prohibited within the hotel premises as per Government regulations.
  • To ensure a memorable vacation for all of our guests we request you to be respectful of others visiting the Resort. Please refrain from any type of loud stereos ,speakers or music around the public areas. We request you to please honour our quiet hours between 22:30 HRS till 09:00 HRS as per Government norms.
  • For the comfort and safety of all our guests we have a strict No Pets policy in the Resort.
  • Please note the individuals who shall have steep intolerance, comorbidity or difficulty in walking should inform the hotel 30 days in advance for a preference of a suitable room category.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE POLICY

  • Check In : 14:00 HRS, early check in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check in, reservation needs to be made starting from a day prior.
  • Check-out : 1200 HRS, late check out is available on request and subject to availability.

IDENTIFICATION POLICY

  • As per Government of India norms, you are requested to carry a valid photo-ID which features your address and present it at the time of Check-In.
  • For Indian Nationals: Driver’s License, Passport, Voter ID or Aadhar Card.
  • For Foreign Nationals: Passport and Visa.

GUARANTEE POLICY

  • All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Booking is non – cancellable, non – amendable and non – refundable. Reservations cancelled at any time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire stay on accommodation.

KIDS POLICY

  • Kids below 6 years will have no extra charges sharing parents bed.
  • Child under 12 years of age can be accommodated with/without extra bed at a charge of INR 3000+taxes including breakfast.
  • Above 12 years of age will be considered as an adult and will be charged INR 4000 + taxes per person per night including breakfast.
  • Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.

PAYMENTS

  • Payments can be made with all major credit cards and debit cards. Please note that we are unable to accept any personal cheques or traveller’s cheques.
